Bringing momentum to Dolly’s sequin-studded mantra, Bridget leads the agency with a head for strategy, a heart for people and a relentless drive to do work that matters. The kind that forges clients into long-term collaborators. As co-owner (alongside Bethany, JayRay’s resident realist), she’s constantly dreaming up what’s next — and pouring pints when a vision finds its voice.

With deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and a résumé that spans sports, higher ed and destination marketing, Bridget brings more than two decades of community-connected experience to every project. Before stepping into ownership, she cut her teeth as a graphic designer, crafted stories for South Sound nonprofits and found her rhythm in the region’s visitor economy where she helped put Pierce County on the map for curious travelers.

A proud alum of Pacific Lutheran University, Bridget stayed planted where her career took root. Her service on the Greentrike Board, the PLU Alumni Board and now the State of Washington Tourism Board reflects her wholehearted commitment to the place that shaped her.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her off grid: camping under the stars with her family and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Odin (who insists on being the star of her headshot, too).
