We believe equity, inclusion and belonging are essential to meaningful work. We’re committed to being an anti-racist agency through continued learning, reflection and action — creating space for people to show up fully and holding ourselves accountable to do better.
We also acknowledge that we do our work on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup Tribe, who have stewarded these lands since time immemorial. Honoring this history grounds our work in respect for people, place and the stories we help tell.
