JayRay partnered with Visit Gig Harbor to define a lasting destination identity, then launched Escape to Wonder, a premium, multi-channel destination marketing program designed to elevate perception and grow awareness across regional and West Coast markets.

From Identity to Invitation
We established a new visual identity, personality, position and promise centered on Wander with Wonder, a reflection of Gig Harbor’s inspiring, energetic and joyful character.
With the brand in place, we launched Escape to Wonder as its first major expression: an integrated campaign spanning premium print and digital advertising, paid social, geotargeted media, booking-platform partnerships and cinematic video designed to attract regional and West Coast travelers ready for a meaningful getaway.

Wonder, Activated
Rather than separating branding from activation, we built Escape to Wonder as a living system where strategy, creative and media worked together across VisitGigHarbor.com, the Visitor and Relocation Guide, social platforms and local experiences.
Premium ad placements in Condé Nast and USA TODAY expanded reach, while research-backed targeting, QR-enabled event signage and booking integrations helped turn inspiration into action — blending national visibility with grassroots conversation.
