Snoqualmie Valley Health wasn’t just after a new look. They needed a brand that could shift perceptions — one that mirrored the modern, high-quality care they were already delivering. We helped define and express their identity in a way that felt fresh, confident and connected to the community they serve. The result? A visual and verbal system that proudly says: “You can trust your local provider for a modern approach to care.”

Snoqualmie Valley Health was ready to own its evolution, sharing a story that reflected modern care, updated facilities and local pride. A brand that could feel capable yet compassionate, grounded yet aspirational. And always, unmistakably human.

Design that Communicates Wholeness and Inclusion
We led a comprehensive rebrand, starting with research to help SVH stand apart from traditional healthcare providers. A new mission, vision and values were adopted through our facilitation of staff and board members to articulate a refreshed, unified direction. From there, we crafted messaging, visuals and a tone that could flex across facilities while embracing the unique spirit of the Snoqualmie Valley community.
Inspired by the river rocks found throughout the valley, the multi-colored stones in the logo represent the people who make up the region — each with their own stories, needs and paths to health.

A System That Moves with the Valley
We built a flexible visual system grounded in place and wellness. Organic shapes echo the river’s flow, a vibrant yet grounded palette evokes vitality and photography features real people thriving at every age. When paired with imagery of new facilities, advanced technology and people actively enjoying healthy lifestyles, the system comes to life.
It’s a system built to move — with ease and intention — across signage, print, digital and wayfinding, unifying what was once a fragmented experience. Modern enough to lead, familiar enough to feel like home. And with new offerings like a community fitness gym (yes, with climbing walls), the focus on proactive health comes through loud and clear.
