Some designers make things look better. Alex makes them make sense. A UX/UI specialist with a knack for turning complexity into clarity, he’s spent more than a decade helping people find what they need, whether that’s on a website, inside a brand or somewhere in between. His path has taken him from tribal marketing to nearly 11 years shaping digital experiences at the University of Washington Tacoma, where he helped students, faculty and community members navigate everything from admissions to campus resources with confidence. Along the way, he’s developed a reputation for making complicated systems feel surprisingly simple. Alex believes great design should feel effortless, even when the work behind it isn’t. On weekends, you’ll find him adventuring with his kids, walking the dog, playing drums or quietly wondering why every website can’t be just a little easier to use.
