Partners unite to fill after-school need – Beyond the Bell

Partners from across the community were determined that no Tacoma public school child would be left out of healthy, fun activities before and after school.

JayRay researched after-school programs across the country and brainstormed names. After testing logos and names with partners, parents and students, we developed Beyond the Bell. Club Beyond was chosen for use in middle schools.

The launch plan and materials reached families through the school district app, websites, partner newsletters, emails, flyers, banners and yard signs. An electronic toolkit equips partners with brand guidelines and assets to use “as-is” or modify to suit their needs.

New brand reflects genuine business support – Rural Economic Alliance

Rural Economic Alliance (REAL) is an economic development resource for entrepreneurs, existing businesses and prospective businesses in Linn and Benton counties in western Oregon.

JayRay led the rebranding effort for the group, formerly known as Mid Valley Partners. Through in-person and virtual meetings we worked with REAL members to uncover their brand, select their new name and design their visual identity. We also designed the new website and wrote the content to showcase the ease and benefits of working with the REAL team.

Reminding drivers to take it easy – City of Tacoma Driver Safety

As part of its Safe Routes to School and Vision Zero efforts, the City of Tacoma worked with JayRay to develop a driver safety campaign.

Campaign materials include billboards, social media graphics, yard signs for residents and posters available in six languages. The campaign encourages drivers to slow down in walkable areas that experience a high number of collisions.
