South Sound Business magazine’s latest class of “40 Under 40” includes Alex Domine, JayRay advisor.
Domine joined JayRay in 2021. He manages branding and community engagement projects, influencer marketing and more with clients such as the City of Tacoma, Parametrix, Maritime Washington, Metropolitan Development Council and Explore Wilsonville.
“Clients count on Alex for his unbiased objectivity and excellent interpersonal skills, which makes him great at bringing people together to tackle tough questions,” said Bridget Baeth, a principal at JayRay. “Alex’s knack for digging deep into research helps his clients understand their audience, impact and potential.”
Domine focuses on advancing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for the agency and his clients. His work on developing an inclusive language guide and screening process has enhanced marketing and communications for many clients and teams.
Prior to JayRay, Domine worked in marketing and communication roles at Charles Wright Academy and the Washington Environmental Council.
Domine earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pacific Lutheran University, in addition to a Bachelor of Musical Arts.
Domine is co-chair of the City of Tacoma Events and Recognitions Committee. He also serves on the South Sound Together board. He performs in local plays and is a youth vocal coach.
