While colleges often compete for students, three Tacoma community and technical colleges collaborated on an enrollment campaign that recently won an industry award.
JayRay designed the digital display and transit ads for a campaign promoting bachelor’s degrees available at Clover Park Technical College, Tacoma Community College and Pierce College.
Campaign visuals used colors selected from the brands of all three schools.

Clover Park Technical College submitted the campaign to the Medallion Awards program, where it won a silver award. Medallion Awards are presented by the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations.
The campaign goal was to increase awareness of the availability of bachelor’s degrees in what have traditionally been two-year colleges.
We also produced materials for the individual schools. Each received web banners for their enrollment pages and digital display ads for promotions outside of the collaborative media buy.
In the first 60 days of the campaign, nearly 6,000 individuals visited the campaign landing page.
