We’re committed to being an anti-racist and inclusive agency
We understand the critical importance of diversity, inclusion and belonging. We would like everyone who walks through our doors to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves – whether they’re employed here, joining us for a meeting or stopping by to drop something off. We aim to work with clients who have the same commitment to creating a more equitable society and who are continuing to evolve how they do business to address pressing social issues.
Conversations, educational commitments and equitable hiring practices are moving us forward as a team every day as part of our shared vision to improve lives through the power of provocative, thoughtful communications.
We also have a responsibility to support our clients and create work together that upholds a dedication to inclusion. From the words on a page, to the perspectives we include in feedback sessions to the design elements we share, the vendors we support and everything in between, we are committed to reflecting inward and challenging anything that limits any group or individual, especially those who are most impacted by systemic injustice. We will always hold space to listen, do better and be more inclusive. We’re committed to continue evolving and supporting our clients to do the same. The work we do is always better for it, along with our pursuit toward a more accepting society.
Land acknowledgement
We acknowledge that our office along the Tacoma waterfront is located on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup Tribe. Though the Medicine Creek Treaty of 1854 removed native peoples to clear the way for colonial settlement, the Puyallup people have lived on and stewarded these lands since the beginning of time and continue to do so today.
