Whimsical illustrations of Pierce County landmarks and locations earned Summit Creative Awards for two JayRay client campaigns.
TAPCO Credit Union celebrates local culture through a series of sticker giveaways. JayRay’s art director, a Tacoma native, created sticker designs that feature drawings of the Narrows Bridge, music, bicycling, the Tacoma Dome, Mount Rainier and more. TAPCO uses the stickers to reinforce its commitment to serving Pierce County.
“Puyallup – Where It’s At” was a campaign to reinvigorate shopping and dining downtown. Illustrated icons representing retail stores and various cuisine appeared on a website, map, street pole banners and social media, drawing visitors—and locals—to the friendly, convenient downtown core. JayRay partnered with the city’s economic development team on campaign strategy and production. The map had a winter and spring version for year-round use.
