Holiday gift guide and Career Connect website win national dotComm Awards

...

Two JayRay website projects received dotComm Awards.

The South Sound Gift Guide created with the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber earned a dotComm Platinum Award, the top honor. Over 100 Pierce County small businesses were featured on the site making it easier than ever for people to shop local during the holidays (especially during pandemic restrictions).

The new website for the King-Pierce Regional Network of Career Connect Washington earned a dotComm Award honorable mention. The regional network of four organizations works with schools and employers to give students meaningful, real-world job experiences. The new website makes it easy for educators, industries and students to find resources and programs.

dotComm Awards is an international competition honoring excellence in web creativity and digital communication. The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) administers the program. About 2,500 dotComm entries are submitted from the United States, Canada and other countries. Typically, about 13% of entries win a Platinum, the top award, and around 13% win the Gold Award. About 5% are Honorable Mention winners.
