May is National Travel and Tourism Month. It’s a great time to plan a vacation. It’s also a great time at JayRay as we welcome new work with three tourism partners.
Enjoy Port Townsend is on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. JayRay was selected to audit the organization’s website and recommend changes to attract more online engagement, improve accessibility standards and identify opportunities to enhance the user’s experience with a more visitor-centric navigation. We’ll also reorganize existing content to better showcase Port Townsend’s attractions and vibe to inspire potential visitors to book a trip.
Humboldt County in Northern California is another new JayRay partner. The County seeks to create a stronger, more collaborative tourism marketing effort for the Redwoods Coast. JayRay was selected to assess the current marketing efforts for multiple regions, cities and attractions. We’ll then develop short- and long-term tourism marketing strategies that help unify and elevate the outreach.
Explore Wilsonville is a destination “in the heart of it all” just 16 miles south of Portland, Oregon. Since 2020, JayRay has provided destination marketing services to Explore Wilsonville that include social media strategy, marketing content and campaigns; media relations and hosting writers from across the PNW; website content; and a brand identity refresh. JayRay returns as Explore Wilsonville’s agency of record in a three-year agreement with potentially two extensions of one year each.
